These Terms and Conditions govern the website and supply of goods sold by Freedom Fence Ltd, Registered Office – Oakley House, Tetbury Road, Cirencester, Glos, GL7 1US, (‘us’ and ‘we’) to the customer (‘you’), that is, any person or persons agreeing to purchase goods from Freedom Fence Ltd.
These terms and conditions do not affect the buyer’s statutory rights under the law of England and Wales.

The price payable for the goods are set out on our website at the time you place your order.
By completing the details and confirming the order, you are offering to purchase the goods subject to our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you. We reserve the right to change the price of any commodity goods, such as copper wire, due to market conditions, but will confirm the price with you before accepting your order.
Occasionally an error may occur with our website and goods may be incorrectly priced. We are not obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.
All prices are shown in pound sterling inclusive of VAT, but do not include carriage, this is shown separately on the checkout page. Full payment must be received for the goods you order, and any applicable charges for delivery, before your order can be processed.
Where you place an order for age-restricted goods such as remote trainers, bark collars or similar, by placing the order you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 and that delivery will be accepted by a person over 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel if we reasonably believe you are not legally entitled to the goods.
Your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class, Parcel Force 48 or Parcel Force 24 depending on the weight and location of the order. We will endeavour to deliver goods within 5 working days but goods are subject to availability and delay is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for delivery are approximate only and we will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
In the unlikely event that we do not make the goods available to you within 30 days of accepting your order you will have the option of cancelling the order by notifying us prior to delivery.
Faulty/Damaged Goods - if goods arrive faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return to us within 14 days of despatch. If the item is found to be in full working order, we will contact you to discuss your options, but will not be able to refund delivery or returns postage costs. If the item is found to be faulty we will contact you to discuss your options and will refund your returns postage costs. This does not affect you statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds for goods that are not faulty are at our discretion, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Unless stated in the product description, the item carries a 12-month warranty. Batteries and wire are not subject to warranty and battery life cannot be guaranteed. Warranty runs from the date of purchase. It does not cover fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect or failure to follow instructions for the product. All goods should be maintained within the manufacturer’s instructions. If any repairs or alterations have been undertaken by the customer on the item, the warranty will be considered invalid. If a fault arises within the warranty period, please advise us by email or telephone giving as much detail as possible. Customers must pay the postage costs for return.
We have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
